Anzio the new Flash?

Boyle, you have been playing plenty long enough to know better. Look at all this that the Allies need to do to win. There's only one thing Axis needs to do: connect to server, join Axis. We both know Axis wins more. Kalt, Anzio, Avalanche, everywhere. The statistics support this. Allied players are new, dumb, and untrustworthy. Axis wins dods, period, you know it's true.

Come to flash and i beg to differ sir, Plus i always play allies.

And with that its a definate NO vote on anzio for me, not that I didnt hate the map already.

More like a chocolate cookie to black forest cake (love food)

1. WW2 was about allies invading axis, yes some maps favor axis but not to a degree that a well formed allied group cannot win. I have won many times on allies on Anzio and other maps.

2. there are to many places to camp. go into spec an look around at some of the campers
3. keeps one on their toes and the action moving :drool:

4 & 5. there are many positions for both these classes and many a time I have seen either a rifleman or assault/support class backing the specialized classes up to create a win.

Anzio like any other map is not for everyone but I wish you would see the light and leave the dark side Luke... uhmm err wrong post I think

Flash by far is the toobiest (new word: stormaneese dictionary). Bazooka's are used yes, but not as effectively as a well place rifle grenade or hand grenade.

i seem to get far more nade kills on anzio than flash but is this just because of how awesome i am?

I'm not saying Allies can't win on Anzio, obviously they can, I'm saying that it DOES take a "well-formed" group to win and the Axis really don't need to have any kind of structure to their attack at all to succeed at greater than 50% of the time. They attract the talent, they win.

I think Ronpaul is correct based on last nite's experience. the Axis were stacked with skill (Blue Stealth, Bad Brain, Erich, fluxion to name a few); Allies were getting stomped for a while till Old Monkie came over and got us organized. Although we lost some more, we pulled out several wins and made a respectable fight of it.

thats because your a noob and stand in the middle of the street. You need to take cover inside to snipe or hide in alleyway. Also Most of the time the map bottle necks and thats were the fun is. Also Blue dont bash a map you know nothing about. Go back to AVA and sit and camp in church of Doorway. Leave my map alone!

Blue Stealth hasn't been online for months. The player you saw was laggy blue stealth. ^^

I dont need to know the layout and flow of Flash as a map to recognize nade spam dutch. Nade spam is the same on all servers when it occurs.

He's clearly the best dods player, he can rush and avoid death by grenades or random headshots. He's also immune to the Thompson cheese despite it being his best weapon.
