Mic Recommendations

I'm lookin around for a new mic. That would be worth the money. Sooo what do you guys use or would recommend? My old mic was fine til the baby got to it lol soo im just shoppin round!

Wellllll, you can buy the standard $1 mic - you can buy a headset that has amic on it (basically a $1 mic) or you can buy a >$80 recording mic if you are really into making your band get to holywood.

You end up using HL talk, or vent, and the sound qualuty of those are much less than even the $1 mic you buy so just get a mic - doesn tmuch matter.

ooOo Icemat eh sounds cool. I'll check it out and ya i use vent from my wowing days with friends. But now since ego has a vent which i havent gotten the info yet for it lol

hmm, it depends on your price range. Logitech makes cheap ones that sound great =D

very true, but still for 20 bucks you can get a decent logitech headset =)

nice, what do you mean broken in like gotten used to it or you broke it.

I need a new headset right now. I have a logitech headset that is like the around the head one or the one that like kinda hooks on your ears. I'm kinda careless with it. I left it on the floor once
and i think i scooted my chair up and one day i was looking for it and i picked it up and the right speaker broke off. So yeah. It's kinda annoying when someone comes from the right but you turn to the left =D

i have a logitech head set it was good, until i got speakers and a soundMAX superbeam array mic (came with mobo) and its decent
so pretty much they're all the same to me except their design

Arb, just get a headset that's over 20 dollars and under 50 dollars. That should be a decent one. Mine was 24.99 + Tax.

Em just an idea but the topic of headsets comes up every other week it seems.

I was thinking it would be great to make a sticky topicon this as it would save the same discussion being played out all the time?

I got logitech HeadSet.. I bought it for around 20-30 dollars.. Its really nice.
