As some of you know but probably forgot I'm switching to Mac soon cause I'm tired of all the PC BS that I've had to deal with over the years. And I was wondering is anyone knew if INS would run on a Mac since now DoD:S runs on mac will INS I might have to get Windows 7 and partition my HDD so I can play INS any advice would be good :) thank you for your time :)

DoD:S is now on the Orange Box engine, so DoD:s being able to run on the mac doesn't mean INS will be able to. I know some people have made "hacks" or something to get unsupported games to run on the mac, more than that I do not know.

:/ ok then I guess I'm gonna have to get Windows 7 and partition my HDD enough so I can play all my steam games lol

You can get a windows xp CD and use Bootcamp for mac

I wouldn't know where to get a Windows xp CD now I mean I have one but I already used the only license I had for it on a computer that I no longer use I might just get 7 again I liked the way it worked

*Very old but free program. I used to run steam and half-life on Debian with this to play counter-strike. Unlike the two below WINE should still be free if not just let me know pretty sure I prolly still got a copy kicking around on CD I could zip or rar it up for you and send it over if I can find it.*

Those are two WINE like projects that run windows API side by side with mac and don't require a reboot to run windows programs(Same with WINE). I believe they both have trials before you buy to make sure INS plays ok.

Well join the new INS forums and request that the new team port a MAC version ;) and ask on the old ones if it'll run.

just found out the XP license I have can be activated up to 3 times so I'm gonna use bootcamp when I get my Mac to get XP on it :)
