It all depends.... if i want to be ninja then i silence it.... if i dont care who hears me and i just want to blow their head off then i wont silence it!

I think its more accurate silenced

Silenced==Less accurate, no showng up on radar, longer gun, (maybe a LITTLE less damage)
Unsilenced==More accurate, easier to find you, shorter gun, reg damage.

Again, depends on the situation.
