Convincing my parents

I had a brilliant plan involving a coathanger, a football and some lard, but it seems to have slipped my mind.

Here's my real advice: Be the Buddha. Is your current room preventing you from doing anything? You say you're older and you need more space, but WHY do you need more space? To spread your stuff out more?

It seems to me that the best way to deal with this is to relax about it. You're losing nothing in this equation; you're simply not gaining anything. Be mature about it; Talk to your parents and say that you've thought about it and you're cool with what you've got. That says to them that you're actually a mature kid; mature kids tend to get more stuff. Also, more mature kids usually get the winning end of arguments, especially when they're reasonable about it. When it comes to yelling, you've officially lost, because you can't really take away your parents video games, as it were; you have no bargaining chips.

Fastest way to appease cruel and overbearing overlords? Be calm, and listen to them. Hear their perspective. Even if it's a no, you have to be ok with that. I know it means not getting what you want right now, but being a good kid means good things in the future.

Step 1. Turn 16
Step 2. Get job
Step 3. Save alot of money
Step 4. Buy a trailer home from someone who will tow it to your house.
Step 5. Live in there
Step 6. When your parents ask why in the world you are living in a Trailer home tell them that you needed more room, and since they won't give you more room, they don't deserve to dwell in you awesome presence.
Step 7. Get beat by parents
Step 8. Live in harmony, alone, eating your parents food while they are at work. Also, steal their internet.

Run away from home! Nah just kidding. Never under any circumstances say that YOU are BETTER than the favourite. Never say that. Trust me. Try to speak to your parents in a more civilized way (no yelling!). If worse comes to worse, you will have to come to an agreement with your middle brother somehow. Like give him something in exchange for the room. It won't be easy, but when were parents ever easy?

win! Win! Win! Win! Win! Win! Win!

I think we have a Winrar!

just move into the room
and when your parents ask

tell them "<insert real name here> isn't here any more mr. and mrs. <Last name here>"
(protip: remember to keep an emotionless face and use complete eye contact, don't blink)
continue to move into room while parents calling a member of the clergy

jCore has the right idea, you have to be super sneaky. Have friends help if you can. You also can't skip ANYTHING, if you parents are anything like my dad if you bed or couch is still in your room they'll make you move back.

Probably not the most humble of things to do but i'd do it.
