That's correct. I included one of them without any domations to show that 2 of the dominations on one person were separate, and you can see the difference in time in the game.

The trick to avoiding getting dominated is to go engineer and have 200 ping. if you know how to do it, every shot lands, and your sentry protects you when you are frozen from the lag!!
Now, hopefully my putting my internet traffic priority to the highest will help my ping drop

It's precisely the same as Winner takes it all; the only ripple is that those points can be spent. Thus, it adds another depth of strategy to the discussion.

Think of it like this: We're all running around with eyelanders, sharing and building upon the collective head count. Then, some jerk comes in with the skullcutter. Disheartening, but not unfair.
