I think the editing in some frag videos is majorly overdone and make the user look better than they are. If you loosen up on the effects and make them more subtle we can actually see what's going on in the video. Also it's going to hurt anyone with epillepsy

o good everyone said what i had in mind. ya less effects like.....all of them after the title. use speed to ur advantage like have it sped up till u take the shot and then slow it down, it will make u look like ur a quick shot weather u are or not. and i would say if u have and hltv of it grab some shots of the guy u just owned falling on his back.

and since u like the flashy strobe thing us a burst of white, nothing more than 2 frames (1 frame would look best) of when u take that shot that kills.

Good start, but soooo many flashes, i swear i could feel my eyes open and close to the brightness (watching on a 32 inch flatscreen in the dark, wasn't a smart idea). I mean, the flashing works well with the music, which, in my honest opinion, isn't that bad. Its a different genre of music than what most css montages are using, so thats a plus. Add more footage, less blinding flashy strobes, and get some filler for transitions, that helps alot.

You need a proper movie config as this will get rid of the radar and all the other pointless crap on the screen, search on youtube for one there are plenty around just some are better than others. Also record at around 500-600 fps for the frag part, so that when you use velocity it wont lag as much (depends if its stv or pov, pov will still lag if the person recording it has a low framerate) and use around 1000fps for smooths if necessary if not just use 600 (host_framerate <number>) Also its good to use a range of songs when first starting out (in different clips not the same one) so that you can get a feel of how each one can be edited, then you can start to develop your own style. Also dont try syncing to every point in the song, just sync to the points needed.
