Steam will not start Help!!!!

Please be careful in your registry as if something goes wrong or you accidently delete something its possible for your PC to be severly damaged or kill it.
 
Worked!!!!
delete this key REG_DWORD
and you get steam running

Wow that worked thanks! But it looks like all my stuff was wiped out. Gotta redownload and try and recover my pin.
