Well, just to introduce myself.

Hi im tupac...

furthermore....

I am a big football fan, especially a broncos fan. Yes i know, they sucked this year.
I can talk football, and i can guarantee right now that i know more football
than anyone in this clan. Anyways, here's my predictions, bare with me

AFC

jags vs steelers....

Jags win. Reason : They beat them once, they can do it again. Guess what, no willie parker, Big ben is half injured, davenport will get stuffed by the jags fast and good tackling defense. David Gerrad has 1 pick
in the season, which was a hail mary. QB play is a key, and jags come out on top barley between 3-7 points.
It's a good thing the game is in pittsburgh, ppl say it will help the steelers, but i say it will help the jags. Why?
because the running game takes affect, who'd u rather have? Maruice Jones-Drew AND Fred Taylor? Or
Najae Davenport. Only the crowd will help the steelers

Titans vs Chargers....

Chargers win. This game all depends on who shows up to this game. There are 2 sides to the titans. The bad, and the good side. I watched the last game, and the chargers scored a total of 20 points in the 4th quarter with 7 mins left, and overtime. The titans let that one get away last time these teams played. Norv Turner and the Chargers organization haven't won a playoff game since last century. Homefield goes to the chargers, and although i hate philip rivers so much because he thinks hes great, i would have to say chargers win by 10 or 14 points.

NFC

Giants vs Bucs
Giants win.... Reason : Giants almost knocked off the best team in the NFL currently, and maybe the best of all time. I will have to doubt they are down from a 3 point loss that didn't matter. Shockey should be back from an ankle injury, and that will give Eli Manning (who looked solid against the Pat's D) some more weapons. Combined with one of the best pass rushes in the league right now, this could be a blowout. But you cannot forget the Bucs Tampa 2 style defense. Eli will have to be patient and not go for the big plays when their not there. Actually, i think this could go either way. Why? Bucs rested their players last week, while the giants started all of theres for the entire game pretty much. Assuming from the defensive stand point, i think this is going to be a VERY low scoring game. I highly doubt a team will go over 24 points. 17-10 final Giants win.

Seahawks vs Redskins
The Skins give another playoff win to their headcoach. I did some research on the seahawks and the redskins for this game. After the season everyones win-loss is added up, and shows the opponents record combined.
Guess what, Seahawks faced an overall of 106-150. Meaning they faced teams that lost more than winning. Than you ask the redskins. 142-114 is the overall. One team is 9-7 and have been winning 3 straight i believe, and the other has homefield out in the north west with a 10-6 record. Although its hard to play in Seattle with the 12th man there, Todd Collins has done an amazing job as the QB of the skins. IF the skins start Jason Cambell, skins will lose, If collins start, skins will win. Simple as that. What i will look at though, the best sacking team in the league against the Redskins offensive line. It always starts in the trenches. Skins pull out with this one BARELY by a 1-3 points.

I will make more predictions next week, so stay tuned....

Post and comment on my predictions, i'm always in the mood to argue

Post your own predictions or ask questions. =P

I would agree that the Giants are coming off a game where their offense nearly played perfect. Manning started to trust his instincts instead of hesitating, which allowed him to make those quick short passes and keep the chains moving.

However, the big question on everyone's mind I believe is the health of the New York Giants. With an already worn down roster, was it the right decision to play all your starters for 60 minutes of football against the Patriots? Can the Patriots 4th quarter comeback be attributed to NY's inability to play the full 60 minutes of football in their current state? The Giants suffered 4 injuries during that game I believe. I know the backup safety Dahl is out. The other 3, only time will tell how serious they were.

Hopefully they will get their players back, but I seriously doubht those players will be returning anywhere near 100%.

Eh well, to answer u shadow.

Would the bucs be able to even keep up with the patriots.

I posted my playoff predictions in many forums, not just this one. Everyone is disagreeing with me, and they are saying the bucs are going to pull out. I can guarantee that it will be a low scoring game with 2 above average defenses.

You are my new best friend. I couldnt find another Broncos fan anywhere! Indeed they do suck, but I'm loyal to em through n through.

I agree with all those predictions for the most part. I'm just not 100% sold on the Giants though. I do agree they just played an absolutely great game against the Patriots, but I'm kind of torn on whether or not they will win. If I were betting, I'd probably just steer clear of that game. Jags are playing great football right now. If I had to pick the two best teams in the AFC right now, it would be Jags and Pats.

Eh, i disagree with the 2 best teams, the colts still have the jags number, but i would like to see; jags patriots in the divisional round of the playoffs.

Well lol, another bronco fan in the clan huh? Just to let you know i know everything, and i mean everything about the broncos

I still say Seahawks win, only because I'm a fan. :P

12th man, baby! We're 7-1 at home.

As for our combined opponents record, you could give one point, but we came from the NFC West...only the Cardinals had anywhere near decent.

exactly u just made another point, u did come from the NFC West, and the cardinals out of all teams? Lol..... Worst division in football i think, other than the NFC South, or AFC East....

I predict John Elway will come back to the Broncos, but then suck and get traded to the Celtics. After a short basketball career, he will be in shape to take the Broncos to the Superbowl, but then he will get traded to the Redskins.

How bout dem Jaguars..... >.>

Like the only team going into the playoffs that is actually hot. o_O
[/quote1199312317]

I don't understand what u mean by hot...If u mean confidence than sure,
because they've beat the steelers once already, but if u mean winning streaks
that is wrong. They lost their last game to huston due to resting their players.

San Diego = 6 games straight
Washinton Redskins = 3 Straight.

the games are right around the corner, once this wild card round is done, i will make more predictions

Stay tuned!

I <3 the Steelers... but I am a conspiracy theorist, so I say that the Redskins have the Super Bowl wrapped up... it's been rigged for them I say.

Oh yeah, just like 2 years ago where the steelers fluked their season? Yeah it was rigged and wrapped up for them because of Jerome Bettis. Major fluke right there, look what happened to them the next season, didn't bother to make the playoffs
