Anybody wanna help me with a statistics project? (little survey) (drivers only)

I liek to help people out - and I dont dont mind surveys sometimes if they are breife.
But i feel that your survey is not a fair and balanced survey of questions on both sides of the cell phone / driving topic. AND, even if that is the case, it may not be that bad, but my problem with it is that I believe you will easily make false conclusions from it.
If you care I will show an example - lets say I will answer my cellphone if it rings incase it is an emergency - and if not, wil not use it for more than 1 minute. If I make calls, i pull over to the side of the road. Lets say that I hate people who drive while tlaking and gabbing about stupid crap and that they are unsafe drivers. I think cell phones cause people to not pay attention and are bad to use while driving. (all of that was hypotetical). If others like me were to take your survey, you could conclude that alot of people use cell phones while driving while recognizing that they are bad for driving and are thus hypocritical. While in actuality, the hypotetical person isnt being a hypocrit because it is for emergencies only.
I dont know, i see alot fo surveys used in science and in marketing which make false claims and it bugs me - i'm sorry if im making a big deal, I can think of other situations which your survey doesnt quite allow for clear answers but you probably dont care so heh good luck though.
