On second thought, the arm can block the head (but can't bullets go through the arm? ), and that may be exactly what's happening here.

I fail at photoshop, I've had it for years, and i still don't get it. Also, where I was when i fired, I didn't even see an arm, only the head.

I wall was not involved, I aim high, hit head, die. The situation happened at ct window, not where the screenshot was taken. I was down in courtyard under T window aiming up. I hit the top of his head, not even close to any of the edges. Shooting through a wall has nothing to do with it. Also, my rates are fine. Don't call my computer very bad Its so-so at best

I was saying, people with bad computers (less than 20fps average) typically have bad rates which makes them very hard to kill, because they're computer isn't registering what is going on, even if you yourself have 150fps average. (Which is why you sometimes hear 'omg fix your rates dude')

Also, I was telling you that he was saying you were shooting through a wall. I was proving to him that you were not.

I shot stiff in the head and it registered as a chest shot.

CSS hitboxes are crazy...iv literally shot a guy in the stomic with the scout rifle and its liek YO MAN HEAD SHOT and iv shot people point blank in the face with shot guns (blood spot included) and it says shoulder and or arm and doesn't kill them
