Dust2 server has be set to Talk All

FYI, for some reason the Dust2 for Ins. is set to talk all. It makes it hard to call out positions when the person you are pointing out can hear you.

Omg I hate all talk. The other day I got on and all talk was on for like 5 hours in Dust 2 it sucked so much no advisor on ventrilo or on steam at all not even from other divisions please please never forget to turn off the all talk.
