For some reason I never got into the dota maps. I think it was the absolutely crazy learning curve coupled with everyone else on the team having a stroke because I wasn't buying the right items.

Eventually (like seven games) I just decided that it wasn't fun, but I always wished I could have stuck it out.

I really hope it doesn't become that popular, we have so many stand-alone dota clones now that people can go play.

People are probably going to focus on ladder more now.

I have yet to hear of Sotis, but I'll have to check it out. I may try to hit you up for a game if I like it enough, but I've been neglecting SC2 for LoL.
