Don't double zoom ever, be quick, quick scope around corners, line the middle of your screen up to the enemy before scoping. If you happen to like hard scoping, do it aiming at a corner, just where the persons head would be, and be quick when you see them come out. It's satisfying and quite easy really.

Practice lining up the middle of your screen to an enemy to get fairly good at no scoping, again it's pretty easy.
