How often do you talk to a Council member?

I never have but it's probably because I rarely talk. I honestly don't ever recall seeing a council member in game. I know Nurse plays TF2 but I never get much playing time. I have not been able to attend a meeting in months so I am not even sure what's going on with the council lately.
