When watching a frag recorded with sourceTV, there's a slight delay on the aim, so the player actually shot with his crosshair on the enemy's head, but in sourceTV it shows up as him shooting a little bit earlier.

Wrong. He shoots, and flicks so fast that the shot and his crosshairs are lined up correctly to the human senses, but if you look at it slowly its not close at all. Source hitboxes are messed up. You can see a bunch of those types of shots all over youtube

You sir, have no clue. The reason there are so many of them up on youtube... is because... there's ALWAYS delay on sourceTV demos, like blur posted. TY.
 
That was crazy! I keep watching to see how the bullet killed him. Just amazing. Nice job. :)
