The classes are for eGs and up. You are still allowed to come but it wont count for you at all, and basically you would be wasting time but you are welcome to come as a guest...

Quick question... i attended the advanced admin class and I didnt get a confirmation of actually attending the ventrilo metting. My teacher was red serpent and i think gunney was with me at the time. but it was like 1 or 2 months ago so just letting you know i never got an award for it
