FPS fail

Hey Guys
i need your help.
im having low fps and i really want to play tf2 but i can't b.c of the laggyness of my pc. picture of netgraph..

my pc:
CPU : Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.40GHz
CPU Speed: 3.41 GHz Performance Rated at: 4.092 GHz
OS : Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3 (build 2600)
Vid Card : You Have: GeForce GTS 250
Video RAM 1.0 GB
3D Yes
Pixel Shader version 3.0
Sound Card : Realtek High Definition Audio
Free space : 74.9 GB

All you could do is play at the lowest possible settings, perhaps run it in DX8 mode, but that's about it. The problem is you have an extremely old CPU. The ideal thing would be to upgrade the core components (cpu/motheboard/ram).

Your CPU is killing you. Tf2 is CPU dependent, and 32 players taxes it even more. You need a FPS config to get by, but your still not going to get amazing FPS. It's pretty much time to upgrade, I don't see the point in keeping a insanely old CPU with a Gts 250, it's not going to be used to its full potential.
