Competition! 7.5k CC!

So...the first one to make me a new sig (that I like ) get 7.5k CC. I'd like it to be BLUE and ORANGE (I can't stress enough, both...maybe some swirls [not only swirls, of course]) and anime...get to it! Kill the competition! ALL MS Paint sigs will be disregarded.

Jeez PBJ can be so stingy sometimes. But I'll do one anyways. Simple 30-second sig. Orange-Blue Gradient, Sniperkitty Color-Dodging, PBJ with Lime-Green outline in Lynx font.

Nokx, I'm not much for the "confetti" or the gradient background...so fix that! I like the figure.
