how often to do waste ammo killing ppl as any class

i agree tf2 ammo consumption is half pointless cosndiering the weapons of enemies gigve you ammo, then ammo boxes....ect

but i waste the most ammo as heavy and pyro spy checking and also use shotguns as spy checkung

Theres no need to conserve ammo in most cases, just hold the m1 down and run!
