Alright ladies and gents, here's the full Squad Rush Tournament Schedule. There's a few things you need to know first before you go trying to figure this out.

  • There will be two servers, they will be numbered #1 and #2.

  • Matches marked with an "a" will go first, matches marked with a "b" will immediately follow.

  • The next round will immediately follow the completion of the previous round's "b" matches, so the times listed for rounds 2, 4, 6, 7 and 9 are only approximated and not exact. For instance let's take rounds 1 and 2, for server #1... once "The Crying Cicada" and "Team Gryffindor" are done their round 1 match, "The e-Lemon-ators" and team "Rocket in the Face" will start their round 2 match regardless if its 5:00PM EST or not.

  • It's vitally important that leadership is notified of rescheduled matches, so matches that normally would follow can get started instead of waiting around. Rescheduled matches will be updated in RED as promptly as possible.

Team Standings after Nearly 7 Rounds:
(A-Team, Nothing, Trimmers and Lemon all have make up matches from rnd 7 tomorrow / Some teams have had a "bye" / TBA and Rocket have played their 8th round)

Ok so if we reschedule a match for say sometime during the week it will still have to be on eGO servers right? So we have to lock a server just for a rescheduled match?

Also Who is in team griffendor? I dont see a post in the signups listing their members

<--- gave Llama my work schedule for next week. and i usually work weekends from ~3pm - 11pm so these weekend matches probably wont work for me.... i really want to compete though.

At least 1 server will be available, any rescheduled matches need to be run by leadership first anyways so we'll be able to configure it if necessary.

Well your team cant reschedule every match, so they might want to look at either getting a sub for a few matches and resched the others or just replace you entirely. Either way, talk it over and figure it out soon cause this effects any team who's up against you (so everyone lol)
 
Ok so I see that e-lemonade has their first match rescheduled so does "rocket in the face" have to wait till theyhave finished their first match to have the second match?

Nope, that match is still currently scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. You'll still follow the match between Cicada and Gryffindor in server #1.

Btw Cicada and Gryffindor you no longer have to wait for the e-Lemon-ators and Nothing comes to Mind to finish, you can go right away @ 4:00 since they've rescheduled.
 
Given the full schedule, I don't think Cub4n will be able to compete in any of these matches, and I won't be available at all on the second weekend of competition. I will have to look for 2 subs for team towel.

reschedule for Nothing Comes to Mind vs Team Gryffindor might be in the works, for the same reason as Nothing Comes to Mind's first reschedule
 
UPDATES:

Schedule and roster updated in OP.

All of Team Towel's matches are forfeited, the opposing team gets and automatic win.

The available remaining members, Speedy and Nightmare can ring instead.

Also LOOK AHEAD on the schedule, line up ringers ahead of time if needed. Reschedule AHEAD of time if needed, dont wait till 10 mins after your match has started to get everything in order guys. We're trying to accommodate as many players as possible but its up to you guys to organize your squad.

Team Standings have been updated in the OP, two teams have played their 5th round matches. Some teams have had a bye, so thats why some have 3 matches and others 5.

If any teams have issues making next weekends matches PLEASE reschedule them for sometime this week, one server will be open and the vent channels will be available all week. Dont wait till the last minute, if you can complete all your matches early, by all means do so just notify leadership and play by the rules.
