For those who dont know, this saturday is the 9th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks on US soil. I know for me personally this is a very touchy subject but I just want to thank all eGO members who serve or have served in the armed forces. Being from NY is feel it is my duty to say this, for every employee, FDNY, NYPD, port authority that has lost their lives during this event, you wont be forgotten. As well as any US Military personal overseas fighting because of this...Come home, and thank you again. -DJ

I am extremely proud to say I am an American, RIP all those brave soles who gave their lives to help others in need. And RIP to your uncle, im sure you and all of your family are extremely proud of his honor and bravery.

Being not that far from New York, just up in Canada here, we were all affected by it too.

I wish the best to every family affected by this horrible event

Me being only 6 when this happened, I didn't really know what was happening. My uncle was a police officer in NY at that time. So now that I understand all the lives, families, and friends that were hurt, I salute and give my prayers to all those people and my uncle who was paralyzed when a piece of a wall crushed his legs.

God bless all of the firefighters, police, and others who I have not mentioned who were there to help on that faitful day.

tragedy
this made me sour over the years finding out the real facts behind the who, the what, and the why
