Anytime i see someone worthwhile, or they approach me
 
I try my best to get at least one recruit everyday...
So everyday.
 
Although I selected the "Never" Option, I should have done the "every few weeks" one. But I do it when I see a good person who id think will be a quality recruit.
 
My goal is to find one quality recruit every day while playing. Nice poll suggestion Altec!

Crud, I voted for the wrong one. Anyways I meant to say all the time. I do, but it just doesn't happen a lot :(
 
I try to see who is nice, and respects everyone. When they do that, I usually ask them to join. Pretty much if they follow the rules, and are overall nice people, I'll ask them.
 
I am surprised at the number of people who have never recruited before. A message to those individuals, you should at least make an attempt. Recruiting is not only a way to meet no people, but it is also very rewarding in the fact that you have contributed to the community and opened others to the wonders of EdgeGamers.
 
I think, Is this person leadership material? Could he be the next Division Leader? Is he better than me at Counter Strike. And then if they fit this criteria, I try to recruit, however most of my recruits end up leaving QQ.
 
Once every so often because I like to get to know people before I ask them to join to sift out some of the bad people that join.
 
Only when I find someone who I think would be a positive. That means I have to get to know someone first.
