How often do you try to recruit?

I recruit like, everyother day, But I normally get someone to sign up on the forums like, once or twice a week

I like to recruit about 2 a week. But I only play about 3 days a week normally, so sort of every day.

I don't actually know the proper procedure. I don't remember ever coming across one and I don't want to fill up the public's over it, unless allowed (Like, once an hour or something.).
