I don't hack and I do sudden jerks.... It's all part of how I play as a "don't aim, just react". Aiming requires thought, if you can just train yourself to react properly you never have to think and your body moves on its own.

I actually am more likely to miss if I slowly aim at someone standing still than if I'm reacting to a moving target.
