You can just buy one with a hard drive? I don't see a reason not too, plus the game saves on the hard drive while you play it, so therefore you need one.
At the moment, all I am interested in on the Xbox is Reach. Nothing else. If I was going to go ahead and make an investment towards it, I was going to go the cheaper route and buy the new 4GB Arcade Xbox. I don't need a hard drive because I'm not very interested in anything else that I couldn't already play on my PS3.
