Hello all you BC2 geeks and pros. I need your help.

Well. I am not very good at BC2. I have learned some good things here and there, but as the title of this thread states, I need some advice, tips, straegies used, etc.

So please post here with your helpful information for all of us BC2 players to see.

Thank you,

Mayhem Death (Devin)

be a sniper play on hardcore maps without kill cam....and hide more .....

also i suck at bfbc2 XD thats the ONLY way i even go positive hahah

sniping with a pistol....

first scope in with your actual weapon.... switch weapons and your first shot should be lined up exactly to where your scope pointed... great for taking out snipers that are sitting in bushes.. :P

another thing, dont just let your gun go.... you gotta burst fire it... sometimes just tap it so fast that its only shooting one bullet at a time... prime example of where this is most effective is the XM8 C.... gun is inaccurate as crap until you give it a couple of burst rounds.

To start off, use guns that are generally considered to be overpowered, because they are easy to learn with.

Practice. Lots and lots of practice.

In other words be a camper...

WOOKIES MUST DIE!!! :chair::chair:

Actually Vertago's rusher sniping tactic is very good! ()

Use any bolt action Sniper with red dot or 4x Scope and use it like a shotgun:sleep: Best guns to use it like this are the GOL and M24. Maybe the SV98, though the M95's refire rate is way to slow.:facewall:

played a bunch last night myself. just started over with a new soldier so my =(e)= name would match whats on the forums. I actually get points really fast as a medic! Reviving people is easy points. I also like to play sniper. Check this video out too for aiming!

It's good to learn when to take it slow, and when to run like mad. Many players are impatient. If you see someone but can't get a shot off, sometimes it's good to hide around a corner and wait for them to pass you. Then you shoot them in the back. Most people are in a hurry and won't check every nook and corner, and merely crouching in one is an easy kill. Just be sure you know someone's coming so you don't camp for the whole round waiting. Even if they do check your corner, you still have a good shot to win a head on battle because you were anticipating it.

Other times, it pays off to take a risk and run across an open area, then circle around on an opponent and flank them, which leads me to another important point: Never go straight to your objective. Since people usually spawn near the flags, people are looking in that direction for bad guys. For instance, if you are on Panama Canal and control C and D, and the enemy has A and B, you will want to approach from the direction of one of the uncaps, or run down into the middle canal, and shoot enemy soldiers from behind while they are moving from A+B to C and/or D.

Yes, I try to shoot everyone in the back. :)

The other thing is that you will start to see things better the more you play. After a little more time playing you will see enemies easier through foliage and rubble, and you will be able to look at the map and pretty much know where the fights are and how you want to approach or avoid them.

Well said.

That is all. ;)

Download aimbots, they work really well! lol j/k

On a serious note, learning to properly burst fire and sticking as a team usually helps pretty well. If you're a beginner and you try to lonewolf a mission, chances are you will fail.

Kirotan summed it up pretty well though.

burst fire with automatic weapons and move from cover to cover dont go running around in the open.

Another great tip that got me far was to know what team you are on. If you don't hear a familiar voice that means your enemy is somewhere around you and should be very careful when it happens. Most of the time when someone makes noise is when giving out ammo, med kit, someone throws a grenade, when someone dies/gets hit on either team, and not so often Q commands. Hope this helps :)

I first like to mess around, try out all different kits, see what you like.
