LOL.
So, I was wondering if by any chance anyone has ridiculous phishing attempts saved? I got this one about 2AMEST. It's rather a pathetic attempt and it made me laugh, so I'd thought to share it with you.

Never tell your password to anyone.
NameRemovedDueToPrivacyConcerns: yo
NameRemovedDueToPrivacyConcern: im an admin
NameRemovedDueToPrivacyConcern: from stea
NameRemovedDueToPrivacyConcern: steam
NameRemovedDueToPrivacyConcern: we need your password
NameRemovedDueToPrivacyConcern: to verify ur status
NameRemovedDueToPrivacyConcern is now Offline.

The name was stupid, like "kaboodles" or something, haha.
So how about it, does anyone else have any ridiculous phishing attempts saved?

YO DOG, I'M AN ADMIN FROM STEAM, SEE? HERE'S MY SHINY STEAM BADGE THAT SAYS GIVE ME YO PASSWORD OR I'M GONNA HACK YO ASS. I'M SERIOUS. DON'T BELIEVE ME? FINE! :(

OK SIR ADMIN STEAM. PLEASE DON'T HACK ME. MY PASSWORD IS..Wait a second..Valve always told me never to give out my password..I GOT YOU NOW.

Maybe if he didn't type like a 4 year old, it would be slightly believable. And it's Valve, not Steam..

I can tell you of something ridiculous that I got to see. One of my friends used to play World of Warcraft (trial, so only for 10 days) and she ended up with 800 spam messages linking to phishing sites. And this was for an account that had a level 5 on it and nothing else...

That's pretty pathetic that in the time it takes me to get 100 emails about anything, she has 800 emails trying to get a level 5 character on a trial account.

I don't have any Steam related stories or saved conversations of phishing attempts, though.

Oh tell me about it.

I get emails from "Blizzard" every single day in my spam folder asking me to change my password, or confirm my password.

I haven't played WoW in a very long time.
