not sure why but my upload speed is always 2x as fast (if not faster) than my dl speed... anybody know why or suggestions?

That might just be the plan your ISP has given you.

Check your Internet providers site, and see what package you get, it should tell you what speeds your supposed to have

It could be that other people in your area that have Comcast are online.
But check your ISP's website, first.
