Lag issues...

I just started playing this game right now, the guy said I played him last night and the same thing happened. Game starts and immediately his name pops up and says he is lagging and every minute after his name begins to pop up, he then proceeds to blame the problem on me and says im gonna be reported...if it was me wouldnt my name come up or wouldnt I be the one to lag out? Im sure others here have had this problem before, it never happens to me where im the one that lags out, but i have had like 5 games out of all my games played where this happens to them, any suggestions on how this could be fixed to where im not accused of using some kind of cheat cuz they lag out?

If you were the one lagging, a box would pop up in a blank blue that says "Surrender", if your seeing their name in the box means they are lagging, just wait for the timer to hit 0 then vote them out of the game.

No one can report you if you were lagging anyway. Maybe he thought you were somehow you were stopping his connection, which doesn't make sense. Was probably just bnet 2.0 having problems.

Lag switches only work in P2P connections, where if someones connection stops, the rest of the server goes with it because it's hosted off that player. Starcraft 2 routes through a server, so that's not possible. There were a few disc hacks, but those got stomped pretty fast because it was a exploit of in game code that spawned a building not in the game, making the other person disconnect (patched).
