What's your thoughts on STEAM updating your ATI drivers?

i dont like auto updating anything and i sure dont like another program updating my drivers i prefer to do it myself.

works perfectly for me! it scans and downloads it for me and then installs it D

About a week to three weeks ago I believe.

And I like this idea. Much, much easier than looking for the driver online, and I have Steam running when my PC is on, so its very easy to update.

I've been playing solid for that time and didn't even know of the update. Oh wells. I have been getting less crashes, though. I guess it's a plus.

Oh well, I prefer to download and install manually from the official website.

I don't trust STEAM, I don't know where it installs stuff to, and I find it easier simply to download the driver myself. A total of 20 seconds more effort to be safe. Small price to pay in my mind...
