Server Update: September 21st, 2010

UPDATES:

24/7 Hardcore Conquest Rotation changed to 24/7 Hardcore Valparaiso:
Due to lagging server population, even before the recent tournament, I've gone ahead and switched the server to a 24/7 Valparaiso (Rush) server. Based on the maps overwhelming popularity in the BC2 community and a lack of a 24/7 HC variant I believe this could really take off as long as we get in there and show BC2 players that eGO is the only place to play.

Maplists Updated:
Check the Server Listings Sticky for the rotational details for each map. Sorry we haven't updated it in a while.

• Atacama Desert Rush has been removed from both Regular and HC due to a majority of BC2 not liking the map, this is backed up by the lack of servers supporting it.
  
  
• Nelson bay Conquest, White Pass rush and Port Valdez Conquest were also removed from their respective servers for the same reason.
  
  
• Arica Harbor Conquest (infantry only) has been added, as a trial run, on Conquest rotation. Its normal tickets have been lowered to alleviate any overwhelming dominance the US team may have, starting tickets are 150 instead of 250 (two rounds are played as normal with teams switching sides).

Mixed feelings on Valpariso. I love the map, but HC Conquest was fun too. Not a biggy. Let's have fun and keep it populated.

The entirety of our source divisions are based on one-map servers. It works for eGO.

Maybe so, but that doesn't mean I like them. and also, none of our bc2 servers are one-map. We'll see if it will withstand the test of time
