I wanna know why that heavy was not using natasha... the slowing effect would have been brutal against Hale...

The mod prevents you from using Natascha.

The mod also limits Pyros to 100 max ammo. This makes airblasting Saxton away much more difficult and discourages burn and run tactics.

In fact, if the Pyro did have 200 ammo, it would make a Pyro/Engy/Spy team next to unstoppable.
