Hey guys,

I was wondering... what's your fave retro game? And I don't mean something as old as PS1... I mean like on the SNES, NES, Atari, original Gameboy and such. In fact, I want to hear your top THREE fave retro classics. :3
Here's mine:

1) Super Mario Bros. 3 -SNES

2) Spy vs Spy -NES

3) Legend of Zelda -NES

I don't know about top three favorites, but some games that I liked that come to mind are:

1) Excite Bike (NES) (Custom race creator)
2) Tetris (Original Gameboy)
3) Duck Hunt (NES)

Separate note for SNES, I remember playing Jurassic Park and Earthworm Jim.

Started videogames with a Genesis and a Gameboy Color (mostly Genesis and GBC, at least. I did have a N64 and PSX.) I have plenty to say.

No, I never owned a Super NES. My older brother wanted one...that's how we got the N64 and PSX.

1) Earthworm Jim (Genesis) is definitely first. Love it still.

2) ZOMBIES ATE MY NEIGHBORS. (Also Genesis) Pretty much ties with Earthworm Jim. It's really great, still.

3) Pokemon Gold. (GBC) Because I need to say something for Nintendo.

This is in no specific order mind you. (Actually....now that I look at it, I suppose it is in order by way of oldest to newest....failed I have)

1) River Raid (Atari 2600)

2) Dragon Warrior IV (NES)

3)Secret of Mana (SNES)

Honorable Mention: Final Fantasy Tactics (PSX), so many other game, but man this game was so great and deep in every aspect and so different from every other FF game out there.
 
My favorites would be , Crystalis (nes), Wizards & Warriors (nes), Final Fantasy 3(SNES), Dragon Warrior (nes), Uncle Festers quest (nes), and Ghosts & Goblins (nes).

Too many to pick. I loved the majority of retro games, but I can't say that about modern games these days.

Legendary Wings- I like the nes version better than the psp arcade version.


My old nes and snes are broken so I use one of those retron 3 systems to play all my favorite retro games. :)
