Ways to re-invigorate BC2?

I'm just a little concerned with how quiet things have been on the forums and in the servers lately in BC2 Division! School's back in session and people are busy at work but we all have some time to donate to keep things running smoothly. Other than playing on the server, I think we need to do a bit of brainstorming to launch ourselves back into a leading position in the BC2 community!

A few things I've been thinking about:

• Continue Having Tournaments - I think having tournaments is a good way to get to know people and stir up some competition within the division. It's also good publicity and gives people a reason to play. I know another one is in the works and I think that's a trend we should definitely continue!
• Actively Recruit - We have a group started to promote the recruitment of BC2 players into eGO. It would be awesome to see more members looking out for responsible, mature players that would be a good addition to our group. Perhaps setting up an award to give on the forums/other incentives might aid in getting more members to pursue getting new recruits for the division!
• More Events - Haven't seen many division events lately. Our BC2 Steam group has 421 members and having announcements/events posted there is a good way to encourage involvement from people who are drifting into other games (myself included). I just think it would be really nice to get some fun events set up. Maybe if anyone has an idea for what we can do they can post it!
• Promote the Division - More media! Sigs, avatars, gameplay videos, advertising videos. Might be a really good idea to work with some of our talented members (as I've seen a few videos floating around) and also with the Media Team to get some promotional material out in the community and the world about our particular division! Some really good videos will stir some interest and maybe get more people to join/at least buy the game. With Duality's graphics and some of our members editing skills we could make some good stuff! I'm definitely willing to lend a hand with music/sound effects/whatever you need for audio!

Any more ideas around about how we can spice things up? I love the division, I love the community, and I love the people. Let's spread it and get it to the best it can be! Thanks everyone for helping out and for making eGO BC2 division what it is!

Truth me told I just don't have the amount of free time that I am used to. There is nothing I can do about it, I really want to be more active, but it's just not possible.
