Exactly as the title says. You ask a question, I'll answer it. Think of something good, something a little more than 'Why is DrBackJack such a meany head?' I would simply respond with a 'Because he is.' Yet if it is a good question give me some time to respond to it, as it may need some good research / good thought process to answer your questions that boggle your inquisitive little minds. Also try not to be too hasty with your questions being there is only 1 of me and thousands of you, so with that being said, let the questions commence!

If a chicken and a half can lay an egg in a half in a day in a half, how many eggs can 5 chickens lay in 6 days? (actaul math question 4 terms ago; I will never forget it).
 
What is the speed of light furlongs per fortnight? And put it in scientific notation for example: 5 X 10^2

Well that is a quite simple algebra problem that any elementary student could simply figure out as long as they think outside the box. Here is how I set up the problem.

First you know there is 1.5 egg's laid per day by 1.5 chickens. So you want to find out how many 5 chickens can lay in 6 days.

First start off by multiplying 1.5 egg/day x 6 days. (Notice the day's cancel. Units are important to solving implicit problems as such.) That gives us a total of 9 eggs/ 1.5 chicken's. in order to make this a little simpler we can change this fraction into a friendlier form. Convert 9 eggs / 1.5 chickens to 18 eggs / 3 chickens which very nicely simplifies to 6 eggs per chicken's in a 6 day time span. now all we must do is multiply 6 eggs / chicken by 5 chickens (Notice the units again) and now we come up with a grand total of 30 eggs. Viola problem solved and a very good first question for my question of the day.

As for Krod's question I haven't yet gotten that far into Physics being that I've only taken Physics with Calculus 1 so research is needed to be done here, and I will respond as soon as I figure out this problem.

Very good, except that the question specified 1.5 eggs by 1.5 chickens in 1.5 days, not 1. Herp derp.

Now for my question:

How would you respond to the relativist argument that there are multiple conceptions of the good that are equally true, that there is no one true conception of the good that is better than all the others, regardless of situation?

Well its not exactly a physics question, its just a unit conversion problem, a very long unit conversion. The speed of light in furlongs per fortnight is 1.80 X 10^12

After some research I've come to a conclusion that the speed of light in furlongs per fortnight is 1.80 X 10^12. :P (Thanks Krod lol)

The reason I related physics is because this is one of those situations where physics is almost most definitely involved. And since I haven't used any of these units before, I assumed it was part of a Physics with Calculus 2 course.

A very good play indeed. I had to watch it for my comp one class and I enjoyed it more than I thought. Anywho back to your question. If I remember correctly they essentially foreshadow the events to take place later on in the play. It means exactly what it says. Fair is foul and vice versa. People don't play by the rules in this play. When the ship sinks and everyone ends up on the island, people split up into groups and even though they are in 3 different groups, they still turn on each other. And since they are on a deserted island there really is no rules to govern them so they play by their own rules. Hence fair is foul, and foul is fair.

Yet a simple algebra mistake, clumsy me.

I would respond with a simple, 'Its an opinion, we all have one so everyone's will be different.' People, even within 1 culture, are entirely different. What one person might think is good, someone else might think is awful. As I learned from my sociology course in my first semester in college, EVERYTHING we know is learned from others. When I say everything I mean it. From morals, all the way to what we believe looks good, to habits, and hobbies. Everything we know of is learned from each other in our own separate culture. So finally to answer your question, I say it is because of our opinions, and what our culture has taught us as we've grown up and learned from our surroundings.

What came first the chicken or the egg.

What might seem like a simple question is actually one of those most complicated of all. See what happens here is that they both rely on each other to grow and reproduce. The chicken must lay the egg, and incubate it in order for it to properly mature. Yet without the egg, the chicken would have never been there to start off with to incubate the next egg. So in all reality this is almost a never ending loop for which came first. But I've come up with a theory. As crazy as it sounds it is viable. I mean, its how the Great Pyramids of the Nile River got there in the first place.

Aliens brought them over. They knew we would be hungry for something new after a while and while we were still in our prime evil stages of becoming humans, so they genetically engineered the chicken. Made it so perfect that it would taste amazing in any way. Only problem they made was that raw chicken could be lethal. Maybe it was a secret weapon that they wanted to use to eradicate all of the human race before it was even a race. Too bad we out witted them and learned how to cook. Anywho, to answer your question, the chicken came first because aliens engineered the first chicken to lay eggs and from then on, it was a never ending cycle of reproduction.

Well based on this video I'd have to say that Gandalf the Grey and Gandalf the White and "Monty Python and the Holy Grail's Black Knight and Benito Mussolini and The Blue Meanie and Cowboy Curtis and Jambi the Genie Robocop, the Terminator, Captain Kirk, and Darth Vader Lo Pan, Superman, every single Power Ranger Bill S. Preston and Theodore Logan, Spock, The Rock, Doc Ock, and Hulk Hogan are quote unquote 'harder' than Chuck Norris.

Here's a more philosophical one for you:

Based on Plato's absolutist views of truth, how can one know if they truly love someone? Assuming that love is a feeling and feeling is a derivative of the senses, then how can one truly believe that they love someone since the senses "lie" to us?

Is there any way that we can do so without using the illusion of the senses?
