Hey, why not? I declare today to be AH-64 crewmen appreciation day! So show a salute to the brave airmen who put their lives on the line and protect our ground forces.:thumbup1:

amazing, how people have advanced through the century, it really is something. Anyways, I salute you AH-64 crew for all the lives you have saved

amazing, how people have advanced through the century, it really is something.

Indeed, most of the engagements done in the video are from a mile or so away. It truly is amazing, the ability to surgically takeout a small group of foot soldiers from a mile way from a hovering helo. God bless the USA .

I'll be on the ground fighting in a few years and would be happy to have these guys in the air.

Its also taco day, or something like that.

I salute these Taco-eating marines that blow away the enemy with a gun in one hand and a chalupa in the other. American multitasking at it's finest. Suck on that Bin Laden! Rawr! *Om Nom Nom Nom*

It's like we say here in the AF, "Puttin' warheads on foreheads."

It's terrifying how accurate munitions are today. Dropping a bomb through somebody's front door from 30,000+ feet in the air is as simple as pressing a button.

ya amazing how far weve come since ww2 and massive bombing runs just to hit a single factory or airport runway

I was talking with a guy who said that war really is the father of invention. He said he could imagine cavemen sharpening rocks and going "I'll call it a knife." or a sharp stick a "spear". I told him, then a long time later some guy was like "I'd really like to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done." and we have the flamethrower! Then some guy was like "Man I'd really like to take out those 5 foot soldiers over there with surgical precision from a mile away from the air, but a plane just isn't good enough." and then the AH-64 was born :P
