I think so. I forget the name of the map, but I'm pretty sure I keep finding one in the sauna every time.

When crouched, I've noticed the flames tend to block your FOV a bit. Standing isn't so bad, though.

Also, it can\may give up your position if stealth is your desire.

A fun Easter-egg, but, not worth ignoring your objective over, IMO.

No as Kigen said it chooses a random place to spawn , But in Sona about 17 different people had found different skulls , So that may be a glitch :/
