i have an XFX radeon hd 5750 amirite? yeah kthx
well i decided to run it through furmark and see its temp because its being retarded in starcraft 2 (i used to be able to run on ultra with around 40-50fps) but now, i can barely run it on high, after i dled the 10.9 drivers
D: should i use the older drivers?

The FPS issues are probably because of blizzards new patch for sc2, not the drivers. 85c is fine especially on furmark, GPUs are rated to up to 120c before anything bad happens. And furmark stresses it, so you would never really see those temps in game, it's basically as high as it can go.

No, the highest (modern) GPUs are rated up to is 105C. Not 120C. Yeesh.

I've seen multiple numbers, they're all in that range. I have seen 120c on a lot of sites as the rated temp.

The patch just messed with the code of the game, whenever you do that there is a possibility of breaking optimization for a certain set of computers.
