How do you feel about the latest TF2 update?

I still want an upgraded medigun, or power armour for the medic, he's still far too squishy.

I don't play much anymore, but once I saw that real money was letting people buy stuff I just gave up and uninstalled it. I honestly thought it was a joke update poking fun at people who suggested it and sadly that is about the fourth time I have thought that about a TF2 update.

It was a great FPS, it is a horrible RPG.

Speaking as a guy who just bought TF2..

This seems like a cheap way by Valve (or whoever) to make extra bucks off players. Instead of having players earn the items, they provide a way for lazy people to just buy them outright with real money.

Although I don't have much experience to speak intelligently about game/character balance, the game seems tilted to a more WoW experience rather than a traditional FPS.

I question valve's idea for people to pay to get items. However, the trade and the new items/hats/and weapons are pretty cool.

eh i could take it or leave. offers some great new features and items, the whole trading thing is what gets me, now all i hear in chat or over the mic is about trading items. I guess i could live without trading, but new items are always a plus

Meh, tf2 was ruined for me since they introduced all these hats and other rubbish.

Completely agree...hence why I haven't been around...like at all.

im not a fan of it but i dont hate it either. the best thing is the trading system. the most crappy thing is prolly the new pyrostuff
