Here are some of my experiences with my iPhone:
Simplicity. It's very simple to use.
Touch Screen. The touch screen on an iPhone is absolutely amazing, it beats all others by far. Most other devices will have you use a stick.
App Store. Very easy to navigate around, find the apps that you would like. There are a TON of apps out there.
Browsing. The Safari browser doesn't support Flash, it's a shame yes. However I don't have any trouble with this fact, because honestly I don't personally have the need for flash when I'm browsing on my iPhone.
Music. Obviously Apple knows how this is supposed to work, and it works just like an iPod.
So when I'm getting a new phone, it's going to be an iPhone.

Any reason behind this? Or just a plain hate rampage against Apple?
How come? What are your experiences with them?
It might be more customizable, but I really couldn't imagine it being easier to use than an iPhone.
By what means?
Why?
