I've heard rumors about an alternate high school map that is at night, I've played a dust2 map that was at night and I enjoyed it quite a bit, if such a map exists.. wouldn't that be sweet if the highschool server alternated between night and day ^_^

furthermore how do I go about persuading the management to make this oh so wonderful life altering change.

Well. I'd have to disagree with you on a rotation there. High school night is horribly ct sided. Bushes are already hard enough to see into, adding the darkness will complicate things. Some people adjust their light settings and things in console and things, or so I've heard and could present an unfair advantage to those "bush campers".

Instead of alternating you can alternate between maps. I used to do a good rotation between High school and jail and High school and nightfever (when it was around).

But the first time I played high school night, I wanted to play it forever.

Anyway, great suggestion, and if you think of anymore the place to put them is in the drop box... as Moose mentioned earlier

I think theres a place on the forums to suggest map ideas to mappers, go post this there, cause it would be AWESOME if we had a map like this.

good luck trying to do that. Night Highschool is fun and all, but, as mentioned above, its horribly ct sided. The ts already have a problem planting the bomb as it is, and adding night isn't going to do them any favors in courtyard (Artics become ghosts that you can see all the time, although elites become practically invisible). I mean, it would be a problem if everyone didn't changed their settings, brightness, etc. All in all, its a good map, but I believe it should stay out of a rotation.

I would love to check out the winter version of the map, higschool has such an amazing layout but after playing it over and over on a daily basis it wouldn't hurt to have a change every once and a while

Alright since most of this thread is derailed from the OP.

1) Night Highschool was in rotation but removed and is only used in Events or late night when leadership decides to change it from midnight NightSchool.

2) Dust2 has day, night, winter versions with the latter two used only during events.

3) Suggestions should be dropped boxed.
