FPS Help.

I just recently got a new LANs card, due to the fact mine fried. Since then i have had 10-20(previous 70-80+) fps when I play css. Is there any config or command you guys/girls suggest i use or try out. Anything will work. Thanks a bunch!

It is more likely a Internet Connection problem then a System Hardware kind of problem.

Well can you do a Speed Test?

Like on http://speedtest.net/ ?
