Zone Alarm Pro issues after uninstalling CA Antivirus??? Help !

Today I uninstalled CA Antivirus since the 1 year free trial on it had expired a few days ago. I went to the control panel, then Add/Remove programs and clicked on remove under CA Antivirus. It told me to restart my computer to finish uninstallation, so I did that..
When my computer rebooted I get some error that said something like VSPUBAPI.dll missing, so I went onto google and got the .dll and put it into C:\Windows\System32. So I tried starting Zone alarm pro again to get another missing dll file error. It was vsmonapi.dll this time. So I did the same thing I did with the vspubapi.dll, then tried to start ZA Pro again to get this message:

So I downloaded VSUTIL.dll and tried to put it into C:\Windows\System32, but it said access denied because the program that uses it is in use or something like that..

So then I thought that if I just uninstalled ZA Pro and reinstalled it it would get fixed. So I went to the Control Panel, Add/remove programs again and clicked remove on ZA Pro and get this error:

So then I thought that maybe if I tried to reinstall it it would overwrite whatever is messed up, but I get these errors when trying that:

I'm out of ideas now...Unless I just reformat my computer :|

Anyone got any ideas?

Go to Task Manager and Under Processes End everything That has ZlClient, zone alarm, zl, Truevector, and then try Uninstalling

I think the error messages ar eless criptic and very informative - they even have directions. Lets follow them shal we?

Start - run - msconfig

click the services tab and turn off the true vector service from starting upon startup by unchecking it.

Whiel you are there goto the startup tab and uncheck zonealarm, anything you may suspect uses the true vector software (expand the path column to see if anything goes into a folder called true vector or anything obviouse - and while your there turn off all those pron dials you have, the aol, gator, quicktime, and realplayer crap your probably have too.

Then click close - tell it you want to restart, and when its done, check off "dont show me this again" and click ok.

Uninstall ZoneAlarm and go form there.
