Anyone else having this problem?

For the past week or so every time I try to log into the game it says "Unable to log in, Please try again.". Is there something wrong with the servers or is it something on my end?
I looked at a few forums and some say to just make a new account but I can't do that since I already used the CD Key for this account.

Hope you guys can help me.

I just checked, and it's not the EA servers.

I would honestly try to get in contact with EA support. They're miserable to deal with but after the research I just did trying to find an answer it looks like it might be your best bet. A lot of different opinions and advice going around which doesn't seem to be working.

Login/Make an account on the support site and on the left bar there is an option that will allow you to post a ticket for the issue. When I've contacted them, they've been pretty good about getting back within about 24-48 hours.

Alternatively, you can give them a call. Wait times are usually hideous - like half an hour or so. If they haven't changed it, their support line is open 7am-7pm PST, seven days a week.

I remember this happening back in June for quite a few people. You might not have to do anything and time may resolve the issue. Certainly can't hurt to let them know you're experiencing issues though.

check ur router settings. are u wired or wireless? check the EA forums for this stuff. Let me know maybe I can find u a few links to help u out babe.

You were right.
I tried logging in one last time before I sent the email and it logged me in. They must have fixed whatever it was.

At OP, I've had that problem too, I had to reinstall and choose to have the disc in the drive while playing.

Dave, make sure the correct password is saved.

Glad the problem was solved. Just log in and say Remember password. Then it will log you in automatically.
