I downloaded Prisoners recording too, worked fine for me. Keep checking around because there is audio.

Are you sure you downloaded the file correctly? File should be 15.8 MB in size.

What OS are you running? Most have .ogg support.

Try installing the K-Lite Codec Pack.

You should only need basic.

Most of my music is in FLAC, but my lossy files are in .ogg, not .mp3.

It stores audio better, losing less data while compressing much better then mp3.
