I have made over 10 websites for various companies and corporations using HTML, PHP, and other types of coding (including CMS's)
It's possible to center div tags, i've done it before, I would help you, but now I won't. And next time, when you make a thread and everyone says your site is bad and trys to help you improve, don't take offense like it's your first born child. /learnsomehtml
And btw, the color scheme is absolute garbage.

Why would you use absolute positioning in the first place? And I would help him if he wouldn't be a jerk when I try too. I would never mess with absolute positioning, just use a single div..

Seriously guys, what the hell. So far making this website has caused me more damn grief than using a damn one off clantemplates.com, which is getting ridiculous. And believe me, if I had though I would get this much fuss out of a website I wouldn't have damn made it. Congratulations on being damn overdramatic. Also flamewar.

position:relative; to your div

I converted to relative in the code and got this result (after centering the tables and graphics.):
Well, unlike turning the complete absolute div tags off, it now overlays over the site a little, which is a plus.

Update:
Colors changed.
New fitting background,
Gloss effect added to button text and header text.
Sleeker font and text changed to white.
Fixed all div tag glitches.
Website now centered.
Edited sidebar gradient to metal.
Oh yeah new CSS style including shadow

Photoshop+Adobe Dreamweaver to write the HTML. And yes, I can write HTML, but dreamweaver gives a result preview which is nice.
