I recently released my custom Buff Banner sounds on my FPSB account... I figured I'd share them with all my eGO buddies...

If you want weapon sounds that actually sound REAL, not like some geek swallowing his headset and humming, then check these out and give 'em a try... Really do sound great in game

As for the sound, it's good work. However, I don't think it really fits the cartoonish nature of TF2. Realism-wise, it's very well done. It's just not..tf2soldier-y enough. And I kinda like when he yells something, compared to just blowing the bugle, waiting, then blowing again.

Google will also search relatively local first. As far as I know I don't have any filtering, and almost all my hits are tf2 buff banner. That MIGHT be because I've done quite a few TF2 searches recently too.

didnt try it out then. the preview contains the 2 sounds, different sound for each team. he still yells all the same things if you install these individual sounds, they dont replace any of the character dialogue

And Adam, don't worry, you are different... Not everyone's born with... both parts.

I really like the new sound. Now whenever someone sounds the banner I take immediate attention because this thing sounds powerful and commanding instead of wimpy and laughable.

Exactly.

I know the game's supposed to be cartoonish and all, but it's also meant to have some semblance of realism to it... That's why I felt compelled to redo this sound. hehe. That and I really wanted to make use of some of my new virtual instrument plugins I use for my music.
