DoD:S This game is currently unavailable

Today I Installed this game to take part in the CS:S roadtrip event, but when I started up the game my computer crashed (overheating, getting a RAM cooler soon). Now no matter what I try I keep getting the message "This game is currently unavailable".

I've tried:

• Reinstalling the game
• Verifying Cache
• Renaming .blob file to force update
• restarting steam
• restarting computer
• and tons more I can't even think of

Please help

Solution: (Written by Bole)

1. Click on the start button.
2. Search for "MSCONFIG" (Accept to run as admin, if asked to.)
3. Go to the the tools tab.
4. Scroll down, when you see UAC, disable it.
