5v5 Ranked Build

So what are your guys' favorite team comps and strats for 5v5 ranked?

We're assuming Amumu, Garen, Vlad, and Taric are banned. [Give or take Garen/Taric]

Right now I like playing Kassadin, though I've never tried him in ranked, pretty fun to faceroll regular 5v5s. Kennen is also a pretty good ranked option, but what do you guys recommend?

Garen Kogmaw Amumu and a mix of Shen/Sona/Morgana.
Are the ones usually banned for ranked.

If shen isn't banned i would grab him since he is a GREAT tank.

Rammus is a great tank for what he does.
Ashe can be deadly if played well.

I usually go what my team needs. EX: Support, CC, Tank, and ect.

Most teams have a jungler as well. So try and get one on your team that is good.

Complete Lane Control:
Morde -> Top/Bot
Vladimir (Or Anivia if he is Banned) -> Mid
Garen (Or Shen if he is banned), Kog'Maw -> Top/Bot
Rammus -> Jungle
